Warranty Policy

We will provide full warranty to original customer who purchased our product during 13 months from the date of shipment under the following terms and conditions:

The Warranty just apply to the duty of artwork or technology of the ridoc company, shall not apply to merchandise found to be damaged due by inadequate maintenance and care, improper use, modified or connection to incompatible equipment , abuse, Accident, fire, flood,the act of the God.

If need , custoner can send the defective to us and We will  send back to customer after repairs or replace. This is applicable only for merchandise returned within warranty period.

Or , in order to save the charge , we also have the following alternate ways:
1) we provide updated firmware to customers and teach them how to repair the products in their side, if it is easy to do it.
2) If there are repeated order, we will replace all the defective products for customers in advance and deliver them with the repeated order, customers just need to send all the defective products at the end of year in one time.
3)also we will join two-four times of different fair, like canton Fair, HK electronic Fair, all of our customers can replace the defective products on our booth, while they need to inform us the quantity and the different model before half month.
